Today, Axion fully supports every text-based document in your project: specifications, RFIs, contracts, geotechnical reports, submittals, schedules, as-builts, and more. This is where the contractual and financial risk lives, and where Axion delivers immediate value.

Never. Your Customer Data is held in a single-tenant, cryptographically isolated environment. We do not use your project documents to train any AI model, including those operated by our providers. This is an architectural commitment, not just a policy. See our Privacy Statement for full details.

Monthly included allocations (pages and credits) reset at the start of each billing cycle. Unused monthly credits do not roll over. However, purchased pack balances never expire and carry forward indefinitely. Monthly allocations are consumed before pack balances are drawn.

Yes. Pack prices and storage rates are variable and are not locked by any subscription commitment. We will always provide at least 30 days written notice before any pack price change takes effect.

Partners subscribe to standard Starter or Growth pricing and receive a negotiated discount on the monthly platform fee. The discount and commitment terms are discussed directly with each partner. Benefits include monthly roadmap input, early access to new agents and features, logo placement, and a direct feedback line to the product team. The Partner Program is not a separate product tier. Pack prices and storage rates are the same for all customers.

Starter supports 1 to 10 users. Growth supports 1 to 25. Solo contractors and owner-operators are on Starter. There are no per-seat fees. A one-person operation pays the same platform fee as a 10-person team. Every user you add costs nothing extra.

Yes, within your user limit. An authorized user is anyone you invite: your own staff, a trusted subcontractor, a project owner representative, or a field foreman. They all count toward your tier limit. You control access and visibility through persona-based access controls. No per-seat charges regardless of who they are.

All text-based project documents ingest natively: specifications, RFIs, submittals, contracts and exhibits, geotechnical reports, environmental studies, schedules, as-builts, meeting minutes, SOPs, and more. If it is a text document, Axion can read it. Native drawing ingestion (visual AI on PDFs of site plans and single-line diagrams) is on our roadmap.

Accidental deletion is not possible through normal platform use. Documents and knowledge graph nodes are stored in your single-tenant environment and are not exposed to a delete action in the standard workflow. Removing a document is a deliberate administrative action requiring confirmation. If a document is removed and you need it re-ingested, the original ingest page cost applies again. Subscriptions and packs are billed through Stripe. We accept all major credit and debit cards. Enterprise customers can request invoiced net-term billing. Card data never enters our systems. You receive an invoice for every charge.

Procore manages your project workflow. SharePoint stores your files. Neither one can answer a question about what's in those files.
